I am from Haryana, I’ve been a part of Hyderabad for many years. I started running with Hyderabad Runners in 2014 and did my debut half marathon on Aug 24 th of the same year in 1:42. My AHM PB is 1:28 which I achieved a year later.
A member of the Hyderabad Runners, I started long distance running in 2013 by participating in Airtel Hyderabad Marathon (AHM-Half) and ﬁnished in 1:58:39 hrs. Since then I have been participating in these events all over the country. So far I have completed about 20 Half Marathons and 3 Marathons. I have participated in all the editions of AHM from 2013. My Half Marathon PB is 1:41:05 hrs and Marathon PB is 3:47:35 hrs. Long distance running is all about discipline and being steady. If one can follow it then results will come by itself. Running has become a part of daily life and rest of the things revolves around it. I paced successfully in SCMM 2015 2:15 hrs bus, Hyderabad Club Run 2017 & 2018 2:00 hrs bus, AHM 2017 2:00 hrs bus. If you are close to Sub-2 but have not achieved it, then this is the best chance to do it by joining my bus and I will make sure we go past the ﬁnish line just within 2 hrs in AHM 2018. I currently work as Vice President- Human Capital at Optum Global Solutions and I am based out of Hyderabad. I am an avid runner and cyclist, and have completed over 16 half marathons with my best timing at 1:39 at MSP, USA, and four full marathons, with a PB of 4:04 at the Airtel Hyderabad Marathon in 2017. For cross training, I like to bicycle on the weekends, and have completed Brevet rides of 200kms and 300kms.
My interests include understanding the mind, body and soul, relationships, and exploring mindfulness through meditation.
I take pride in the fact that Optum Global Solutions has won the Corporate trophy for maximum participants in the Hyderabad Marathon multiple times, with over 1000 participants, and increasing every year.

Casual running has been my love and fitness activity of choice. Long distance running started for me with a half marathon in 2014, and have since then steadily improved under the aegis of Hyderabad Runners. Over these years, I have relished completing multiple half and full marathons. My PB’s are Half Marathon in 1:50 at Hyderabad Club Run 2018 and Full Marathon in 3:58 at Tata Mumbai Marathon 2018. I’m looking forward to enjoying running with many of you aspiring for a steady 2:00 finish in the Half Marathon at Airtel Hyderabad Marathon 2018.
I have been a part of Hyderabad Runners and started running in 2015, with a HM at the Hyderabad Runners Club Run. Since then I have been regularly participating in events like SCMM/TMM, ADHM, NDM, AHM & Club Run. I did my 1st world major @ the Chicago Marathon in Oct 2017 and also did the Paris Marathon in April 2018. My PB’s are FM in 04:00:00 @ NDM 2017 and HM 01:50:06 @ Club Run 2017. Long distance running can be great fun and enjoyment, if you have the right company. I have made great running buddies during my stint in Hyderabad and now in Bangalore. I’m into ultra runs and trail runs. Some of my favourite runs have been the Ultra 100 miler in Philippines, Jawadhu ultra 2017 - 75 km, Malnad ultra 2017-110km, Vagamon ultra 2018 - 80km, TWCM 2018 HM PACER - 2 Hrs bus and the 6Hrs and 12HRs stadium runs in Chennai.
I was a regular at the gym until I was bitten by the running bug in 2015 and since then there has been no looking back. Till date I have completed 65 timed and non-timed HMs, two FMs, one Ultra of 50k, a 12 hours stadium run covering 80k and one intercity run of 280k from Vijayawada to the Charminar in Hyderabad. My PB for 10K is 00:56:29; for HM is 02:00:52; and for FM is 04:41:12. I have paced and mentored multiple times in the last 2 years. Born and raised in Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad has been my 2nd home for years. I’ve been running for 3 years now, with a PB of 4:19 in FM and 1:58 in HM. I would like to encourage people to get off the couch and do some physical activity. I strongly believe running is a cure for everything, perfect for de-stressing, connecting to one’s inner soul, making new friends and a healthy daily routine. Having run the AHM route several times and conversant with the flyovers and rolling hills, the pacing strategy will be mostly even hitting a slightly slower pace uphill and making up for it during down hills. I am an endurance junkie with an interest in both running and cycling (swimming is still a bit far away). I started running in 2013 to become fitter and haven’t looked back. I have done multiple half marathons and 10ks across the country with a HM PB of 1:47. After my foray into cycling, I have developed a passion for multisport events and got podium positions in duathlon events during the Hyderabad Triathlon. Having completed multiple runs here in Hyderabad, I know the route and elevation like the back of my hand. I’m looking forward to taking you to the finish line with big smile on your face and making your dream of achieving that PB come true.
I started my runs with the AHM 2013 relay race and completed my quota of 11 KM huffing and puffing. Since then, I finished more than 20 HMs and 5 FMs with my PBs being 1:49 at ADHM and 4:19 at Delhi FM. I also enjoy cycling and actively participate in the popular cycling events and Duathlons in the city. I enjoy pacing and hope to get PB for the fellow runners at AHM 2018.
As a pacer for the 2:45 bus at the Hyderabad Marathon, I assure to take you to finish line with a smile on your face. I have been running for past 13 years and have run most of the half marathons in the country including Delhi, Hyderabad, Goa, Satara, Mumbai and PRBM Pune. I have run about 40 half marathons (21k), 5 full marathons and an ultra-marathon. I am also a triathlete. I am also engaged with Pune Running as a director. I am also a mother of two teenagers 16 and 13! I love being a pacer and like taking people to completion to achieve their dream. I take my responsibility seriously and I will sure that running this marathon will be a memorable and enriching experience.
I'm a passionate runner and a power lifter. I suffer from hypothyroidism but don’t allow it to hold me back. I started running to lose fat and keep myself fit, but in no time it became my passion and an integral part of my life. Running sets me free, makes me feel alive and the feeling of joy is unparalleled. The discomfort you feel while pushing yourself only lasts for a few minutes but the glory of achieving your target remains forever. I’ve paced multiple events this year:- Muktsar Half Marathon, 2018 (21K - 2:50 Bus), Daily World Marathon, 2018 (10K - 1:10 Bus), Jaipur Hot Marathon, 2018 (21K - 2:45 Bus), Delhi Talent Run, 2018 (15K - 1:45), Freedom Run - 2, 2018 (10K - 65 Bus). I am also the Founder and President of the Jalandhar Running Club and the Kapurthala Running Club.
I have been running for over 4 years and started with a 10K in Dec 2013 and ultimately stepped into the world of ultra-running in 2017. I am honoured to be a pacer as I believe the joy of running for others is much more than running for a PB. This is the second major event where I will be running as an official pacer – Chennai Marathon 2017 being the first. I will be part of the pacing team for the 2:45 Half Marathon. What hasn’t, however, changed is spending quality time with nature and friends who share my love for the great outdoors. Join me while we take in the scenery of Hyderabad, jam with the music bands on the way, and click selfies as we finish the Half Marathon in 3hours. A word of caution: If it doesn’t rain on race day, we run and have fun; if it rains, we run and have double the fun. Bring it on !!!

I’ve been featured in the Limca Book of Records consecutively in 2017 and 2018. I’ve run 31 half marathons across 10 States and 1 Union Territory, 19 Cities, 3 Countries and 3 Continents and done two ‘6 hours’ stadium runs. I’m have played professional club Cricket in several Countries, but injuries ended that career. Post that running has helped me in living a balanced and healthy lifestyle. I also do endurance cycling that help in training for Duathlons and want to take part in the power man series. Airtel Hyderabad Marathon is one of my favourite marathons. It's more than an event. It's a running festival and I would love to lead my 3 hours bus with fun and a lot of chatter.
